Report from meetings

• SLM and general information -> MG
  Nothing special to report.
  MAD-X status -> LD
  New development release is excepted soon.
  Additional code for the space charge part of MAD-X has been recently added by Frank.
  JMad i now using the latest production release of MAD-X.
  Four bugs have been fixed.
  The threader module was not working anymore and it has been fixed.
